Fairmont The Palm
Project Overview
Dubai, UAE
5-Star Hotel & Serviced Apartments
Inspired by traditional Arabic architecture, Fairmont The Palm stands as an oasis on the trunk of the Palm Jumeirah, offering guests a relaxing retreat with stunning views of the Arabian Gulf. The intricate details of the design pay homage to the rich cultural heritage of the region, creating an atmosphere of elegance and sophistication.
The design of the resort combines contemporary elements with traditional Arabic influences, using natural building materials such as granite and marble which add a sense of authenticity and timelessness to the overall aesthetic. The building’s colour palette features shades of beige, ecru, and light hues reflecting the natural elements of sun, sea, and sand.
Traditional elements such as over 100 mashrabiya screens are incorporated into the design, adding a sense of authenticity and cultural richness. Elaborate fabrics were used decoratively throughout the resort, covering over 23,680 linear meters and adding a touch of opulence to every corner.
