04 Open Roles

Responsible for monitoring, inspecting, and reporting on the coordination and execution of interior finishes and fit-out to ensure compliance with approved design intent, project specifications, quality standards, and contractual requirements. This includes coordinating with contractors and subcontractors, addressing design-related site issues, verifying workmanship and materials, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality interior outcomes in line with the project’s vision.

Requirements

Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline; equivalent professional certifications will be considered
10-15 years of site-based experience in interior design supervision, inspection, and quality control
Strong knowledge of interior fit-out works, finishes, materials, mock-ups, shop drawings, RFIs, submittals, and QA/QC procedures
Middle East project experience is preferred, with familiarity in regional construction practices and quality standards
Proficiency in Aconex, Bluebeam, Adobe Acrobat, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and inspection/snagging platforms such as SNAGR, Field, or 4Projects
Proven ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, subcontractors, and stakeholders while managing inspection activities
Experience in Revit would be advantageous
