Vida Downtown

Now Hotel Boulevard, Autograph Collection, formerly Vida Downtown, is a highly regarded 4-star hotel located at the heart of Dubai's Old Town development. The design introduced two contemporary architectural interventions that create distinctive visual landmarks, drawing pedestrians and passing motorists towards the newly established restaurant destinations.

The project also involved the rebranding and refurbishment of the hotel’s guestrooms, all-day dining areas, lobby, and landscaping, creating a more contemporary and dynamic hospitality experience.

Through targeted architectural interventions and enhancements to the existing hotel, DSA helped reposition the property to attract a broader and more diverse clientele while strengthening its connection to the surrounding Old Town community.
