6ixty Iconic Tower

Rising within the heart of Egypt’s New Administrative Capital, this landmark 40-storey tower is designed as a distinctive mixed-use destination combining serviced apartments, branded residences, retail, and commercial spaces. With a built-up area of approximately 78,000 m², the tower’s contemporary architectural expression creates a strong presence within the emerging city skyline.

Designed by DSA, the project brings together modern architecture, integrated mixed-use planning, and carefully considered residential and hospitality environments.
