He was instrumental in establishing the firm’s Riyadh office, successfully leading the company formation and securing its full professional engineering license, further strengthening DSA’s long-term presence in Saudi Arabia and aligning the practice with the Kingdom’s ambitious transformation agenda. With a multifaceted background spanning contractors, clients, project management, contract administration, and design and site delivery, Tim offers a comprehensive understanding of the diverse priorities of all project stakeholders. His ability to bridge perspectives and foster alignment has been central to cultivating strong collaborations across teams, partners, and clients throughout the region. Over more than 20 years with DSA, Tim has contributed significantly to the firm’s expansion, supporting the delivery of an extensive portfolio of projects across multiple sectors and international markets.
