As Site Operations Director, he provides senior leadership and strategic oversight of complex construction projects and multidisciplinary site supervision teams across the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

His expertise encompasses construction delivery, site operations, architectural and design management, multidisciplinary coordination, quality assurance, stakeholder management, and FIDIC contract administration.

With extensive experience leading projects from design development through construction, testing and commissioning, handover and close-out, Conrad combines strong technical and contractual knowledge with a practical, delivery-focused approach.

He has played key leadership roles on numerous high-profile developments, including major Qiddiya projects, Fairmont The Palm, Jumeirah Beach Hotel, Four Seasons Resort Dubai, BEEAH Headquarters and Nikki Beach Resort Dubai, with a consistent focus on protecting design intent, managing project risk and achieving the highest standards of construction quality and project delivery.
