Conrad brings over two decades of architectural and construction experience. Specialising in site architecture, design management, interior space planning, and full-cycle site supervision, he has developed extensive expertise in delivering complex projects from concept through to completion, supported by strong proficiency in FIDIC contract administration. With a highly hands-on approach to project delivery, Conrad plays a pivotal role in leading site operations and coordinating multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless execution on site. His practical understanding of construction methodologies, technical detailing, and stakeholder coordination enables him to effectively manage challenging project environments while maintaining the highest standards of quality, design integrity, and operational efficiency. Conrad has successfully led project delivery across a number of landmark developments, including various Qiddiya projects, Fairmont The Palm, Jumeirah Beach Hotel, Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach, BEEAH Headquarters, and Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Dubai.
